Michael Jordan’s children may not have followed in their father’s footsteps but it has become obvious in recent years that they all happen to be avid sneakerheads to quite an extent. MJ’s eldest daughter even happens to share her dad’s knack for coming up with new sneaker designs and helped design the Jordan Jasmine model, which is named after her. While many are considering a version of the Westbrook 0 for women, the ladies probably do not care and likely going to head out to cop the latest two colorways that just made their retail debut on one of the recent 2015 jordan release dates.
The new silhouette that Jasmine Jordan helped design has an upper shaped to look like an Air Jordan 1 and it rests upon a classic vulcanized sole. No doubt, the sneaker, especially its leather overlays on the mid-foot, also resembles the Westbrook 0 that recently debuted as well, which happens to Russell Westbrook’s very first signature model. The very first colorway of the Jordan Jasmine, back when the model’s name was not known, was mistaken to be a Nicki Minaj-inspired sneaker. The creamy white colorway already hit the shelves during the first week of July.
However, recently Jasmine Jordan posted a photo of two new Jordan Jasmine colorways featuring a snakeskin construction. While there is no news regarding the release of one two sneakers, the nearly all-Black iteration has been joined by another Blue-colored rendition. The first colorway has a snakeskin upper dressed up entirely in Black, while Metallic Gold accents can be spotted and the vulcanized sole is covered in white. The second colorway is apparently being referred to as “Tide Pool Blue” and its upper consists of canvas, covered in a printed watery pattern, combined with Black and Orange detailing and a white vulcanized sole.
If female Jordanheads have grown fond of the new Air Jordan Jasmine silhouette, then they are probably wondering which one of the Jordan release dates 2015 will mark the arrival of these latest colorways. Well, they will not have to wait because they sneakers are already retailing for $95 in GS sizes ranging between 3.5 and 9.5.
