The Air Jordan 6’s 23rd Anniversary was celebrated last year with the release of numerous colorways and that trend continued in 2015 with low-top iterations of the model hitting the shelves quite frequently. Even though it is technically a milestone of a year for the Air Jordan 7, Jordan Brand does not seem to be slowing down when it comes to their sixth signature model. With two new colorways already slated to be arriving in Summer and Fall, female Jordanheads will be able to cop a GS-exclusive Air Jordan 6 Low pair that will hit the shelves on one of the upcoming Jordan release dates 2015
Sneakerheads are likely already aware that the Air Jordan 6 Low “Chrome” is making a come back this year during the summer months after 13 years. Many collectors who never got the chance to cop this renowned Air Jordan 6 Low iteration have had their eyes set out on it ever since it made its original retail debut and have been waiting for it to return. Also on its way is the recently unveiled “Ghost Green” colorway of the Air Jordan 6 Low that is being rumored to have been inspired by the Seattle Seahawks. All that was missing was an Air Jordan 6 Low GS rendition and this “Fuchsia” colorway fills that spot.
Despite its nickname, this Air Jordan 6 Low iteration sports an upper primarily made up a sleek Black base with clean white overlays on top, while the laces, midsole and laces are also covered in white. This colorway has been dubbed “Fuchsia” since the hue makes an appearance on the ankle collar pull tab, Jordan “Jumpman” logo and sole unit, which has been finished off with an icy blue outsole.
Some small-footed sneakerheads might be wondering why Jordan Brand decided to drop this pair on one of the Jordan release dates 2015 when it the 23rd Anniversary of the silhouette was last year. Well, hopefully the wait this Air Jordan 6 Low GS “Fuchsia” will prove to be worth it, but only for Jordanheads who have small feet.
