Trade rumors revolving around Blake Griffin have started to roll out again and apparently, the Denver Nuggets are more than interested in having him join their ranks. It all makes sense actually, considering that he is one of the most explosive and skilled power forwards in professional basketball. As of lately, Blake has been consistently refining his game on the same level as Chris Paul and much like Chris, Blake is also amongst the roster of Jordan Brand Athletes. For the past 5 years or so, Blake’s signature Super.Fly line has been forerunner for the brand’s Flight Plate technology.
It was back in February of this year when the rumors began circulating that Blake Griffin could potentially get traded over to the Denver Nuggets. According to the sources from back then, the Los Angeles Clippers apparently offered up both Blake Griffin and Lance Stephenson for a trade. However, by the time the deadline for the trade had arrived, the Denver Nuggets had not really given any response to the offer. Now that the rumor has surfaced again, perhaps Blake might actually end up getting exchanged. After all, the Nuggets should have enough assets by now to acquire Blake if another proposed deal is ever on the table.
By now, Jordanheads likely know that Blake Griffin’s signature sneaker models tend to be quite lightweight and supportive, and the latest of them is the Super.Fly 5. The footbed of each Super.Fly 5 shoe has Zoom Air cushioning incorporated into it and the silhouette is also equipped with XDR rubberized outsoles, as a result of which they can maintain a premium grip over various surfaces. The uppers are primarily made up of mesh and fuse technology. The model looks quite aggressive because of the scratch-like stripes while the side panel features rather large Jumpman logos. As far as this “Green Glow” colorway is concerned, it appears to dressed up in a combination of Black and Green.
While it can be seen that official photos of this sneaker have already been published, Jordan Brand has not confirmed when it will actually hit the shelves. However, Jordanheads can actually head over to eBay and grab a pair of this Jordan Super.Fly 5 “Green Glow” from there.
