Jordan Brand took their running series to the next level this year when the Flight Runner2 running trailer made its retail debut near the end of January. However, the latest Flight Runner trainer model did not retail in GS-exclusive sizes, excluding small-footed Jordanheads (including 23isBack) from the opportunity to cop a pair of the running trainer. Apparently, Jordan Brand decided to rectify this by whipping up an exciting and vibrant Air Jordan 1 GS “Racer” Pack for the little ones to race to the finish line. They will be able to cop the included pairs on one of the upcoming Jordan release dates 2015.
The Jordan Brand’s GS “Racer” Pack actually consists of two different GS-sized sneakers, namely an Air Jordan Low and Air Jordan 1 Mid. The latest version from Chris Paul’s signature sneaker series has already been a part of a similar collection, namely the “Nitro Pack.” The CP3.VIII iteration included in that pack had taken its inspiration from the illegal street-racing scene in Los Angeles. This GS-exclusive “Racer” Pack for junior Jordanheads takes advantage of similar referencing.
Gradient vibrance appears to be a similar theme shared by the two included new jordans renditions, and both of them seem to resemble custom cars with the patent leather that they feature. The vibrant palettes that each silhouette has been dressed up in include colorful and vivid shades like Bright Crimson, Flash Lime, Sport Blue and more. Since all-three sneakers are racing-themed, the black-and-white checkered laces resemble the finish line on a racing track.
Just because small-footed sneakerheads cannot drive does not mean that they cannot lace up in racing-themed sneakers. At least that is what Jordan Brand was thinking when they started planning to drop this Air Jordan 1 GS “Racing” Pack on one of the upcoming Jordan release dates 2015, which has not yet been announced. In fact, apart from the little ones themselves, there are probably many 23isBack readers who are currently wishing they could grab this pack for themselves too.
