The Jordan 1 Mid Nouveau “Burgundy/Gum” Looks More Like Bronze Or Copper Statue

As of lately, the Air Jordan 1 Mid Nouveau seemed to have been on hiatus, and apparently that hiatus has come to an end because quite an eye catching colorway of the silhouette was recently unveiled by Jordan Brand. This iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Mid Nouveau probably reminds 23 is Back readers of those living statue street artists because the color scheme does indeed look quite bronze and metallic. Since December is almost here, it cannot be said for sure whether Jordan Brand will announce one of the December 2014 Jordan release dates or a 2015 release date for this new jordans.

The Burgundy upper of this sneaker gives off somewhat of a metallic luster, which makes this sneaker look really majestic and regal. Throughout 2014, Jordan Brand has been actively experimenting with vibrant colorways, including sneakers with reflective 3M uppers and the Air Jordan 13 with the holographic back heel piece. The previous colorways of the Mid Nouveau had been relatively muted and subtle, but this version is nothing like them at all.

As has been mentioned, the leather upper of the sneaker is dressed up in metallic burgundy that looks more like bronze or copper. Wine colored laces accentuate the appearance of the pair and the white midsole and gum outsole contrast perfectly with the shiny upper resting above them. The inner lining of this sneaker is also wine colored just like the laces.

However, although one of the upcoming December 2014 Jordan release dates could be associated with these kicks; it would not be surprising if it hits the shelves in 2015 instead.
