Here at 23 is Back, we have come to know that this year another original colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG is scheduled to make its comeback. It was back in 2008 when the Black/White version of these kicks had made their retail debut as a part of the Jordan Countdown Packs. Not only is the Black/White colorway being released in 2014, but it will be making its way with a tongue label that will feature Nike Air branding, while the heel will not have the Jumpman on it. For now, this pair shall remain among the list of Jordan Brand sneakers with unannounced Jordan release dates.
For 2014, it seems that the “Black/White” colorway will probably be the only originally colored version of the Air Jordan 1 that will come through. It is true that some original colorways have certainly been served up by the KO version of this sneaker, but the leather makeup that is seen here has always been more popular. Back in the days, this pair adhered to the NBA outfit guidelines as best as any Air Jordan possibly could and any red sections had been stripped out to prevent it from getting banned on the court.
It is very like that most of the Jordan heads who visit 23 is Back adore the Air Jordan 1 and it is also probably true that they would welcome any Retro colorway of this sneaker with open arms. The classic high-cut ankle, the Jordan “Wings” logo, the “NIKE AIR,” the Nike Swoosh and the traditional black and white color-blocking are featured on this Air Jordan 1 version. Jordan continues to tease its loyal fans but has not yet announced when these kicks will be released. So, due to the lack of availability of an official release date, for this is pair is one of those AJs with unannounced Jordan release dates 2014.
