Apparently the Air Jordan 3 is not entirely out of business just yet. Jordan Brand may have likely disappointed many 23 is Back readers and other Jordan heads when they announced that they would no longer be releasing any more colorways of the Air Jordan 3 model for the unseen future. However, it seems that the Nike Zoom Vapor Tour AJ3 that had debuted this past summer is an exception. Nike is officially following up with a new colorway with one of the upcoming November 2014 Jordan release dates attached to it.
The very first “White/Cement” colorway of the Nike Zoom Vapor Tour AJ3 never made it to the shelves, however, that is not the case this time. Even before Jordan Brand had started working on this upcoming new jordans, images of a few Nike Zoom Vapor Tour AJ3 customs dressed in a “Black/Cement” colorway had already been circulating around the Internet.
Much like its predecessor, this “Black/Cement” version of the Nike Zoom Vapor Tour AJ3 is being dressed up in a similar iconic style. Apart from the combination of a predominantly black and grey leather upper and cement print accents, the nostalgic “Nike Air” logo is also be featured on the heel of the heel of the sneaker. Similarly, the tongue proudly boasts the Air Jordan Jumpman in bright red.
Quite recently, a tweet was posted on the Nike Tennis account of a photo of this Zoom Vapor Tour AJ3 sneaker with the caption “Legendary DNA” below it. Legendary indeed, since this pair like its counterpart has been designed by Tinker Hatfield. However, this sneaker will apparently not be easy to cop, especially since one of the upcoming November 2014 Jordan release dates that have been confirmed for this pair is November 10.
