Michael Jordan has become known for introducing new Air Jordan sneaker designs for the summer. In particular, low-top versions of Jordan Brand’s signature sneaker models are recognized as a specialty, considering the iterations and renditions that are exclusively created for Michael Jordan. For instance, the Air Jordan 11 Low “Bred” that recently hit the shelves was a slightly modified version of an early PE that only Michael Jordan had laced up in. Now, MJ carries on this trend by indirectly introducing an Air Jordan 29 pair in low-cut form, which may or may not arrive at retailers on one of the upcoming 2015 air jordan release dates.
2015 marks the 20th consecutive time that the Michael Jordan Flight School works together with the Tropicana Student Living Team to conducted the annual youth basketball camp. The Michael Jordan Flight School happens to be one of the best youth basketball camps in the world, where boys and girls get to learn the basics and core of playing basketball from MJ himself and his topnotch coaching staff. Jimmy Butler, who is currently the Shooting guard / Small forward of the Chicago Bulls, made a guest appearance at the camp and went head to head with Michael Jordan in a shootout with the G.O.A.T. coming out victorious.
However, basketball was not the only highlight of the camp. As in the past, Flight School once again became the venue where a new Air Jordan was debuted. Apparently, Michael Jordan has grown fond of lacing up in exclusive sneakers for the occasion, and that is precisely what happened at this year’s camp. During the shootout against Jimmy Butler, MJ was wearing an unreleased all-white Low version of the Air Jordan 29 paired with a gum sole. He was also spotted laced up in another Air Jordan Low colorway that sports a combination of black and grey.
In the past, kicks that Michael Jordan had worn to the camp remained unreleased and that might be the case this time as well. There are no hints regarding whether these two sneakers may arrive at retailers one of the upcoming Jordan release dates 2015, but perhaps the Air Jordan 29 Low silhouette might make a retail debut sometime in the future.
