The fact that Shane McMahon happens to be a sneakerhead and especially a fan of Air Jordan sneakers has long been established. It was back in February of this year when Shane O Mac made his comeback to WWE after a very long hiatus and ever since, he has been laced up in one Air Jordan or another every time he has appeared on Raw. Jordan Brand took notice too, directly sending pairs for him to rock and designed three 1-of-1 Air Jordan 30 colorways for him. This time around though, Shane himself made the initiative to rock a one-of-a-kind Air Jordan sneaker.
Right before Shane McMahon was scheduled to face The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match at Wrestlemania 32, Jordan Brand had sent him three custom, all-Black Air Jordan 30 pairs to rock on WWE’s “Grandest Stage Of Them All.” Apparently he received three different versions, all bearing “$HANE O MAC” on the sides in varying hues. Considering that the Air Jordan 30 was introduced this very year, Shane O Mac ended up giving the model perhaps its memorable and unforgettable moment. While laced up one of the custom Air Jordan 30 pairs, Shane leaped off of the top of the cell.
Based on the photo that Shane posted on his Twitter account (@shanemcmahonwwe), apparently Shane O Mac has received a custom Air Jordan 1 that was hand delivered to him by none other than Mache Customs. Likely drawing inspiration from Shane’s “Here Comes The Money” entrance theme, the sneaker appears to be dressed up in a combination of Black and two shades of Green. The heels of this sneaker also feature his “$HANE O’ MAC” nickname and it is also equipped with all-White sole units. While this sneaker will not be hitting the shelves probably ever, sneakerheads will get an on-foot look at this custom, one-of-one Air Jordan 1 pair on this week’s Monday Night Raw.
