Half of 2017 is already over, soon the Holiday Season will also be here, and eventually the next year will kick off. While this cycle keeps on going, one thing that changes for sneakerheads is all the different kicks that Jordan Brand drops every year. With Nike becoming the NBA’s official outfitter during the 2017-2018 season, Jordan Brand is already looking forward to the Charlotte Hornets being the league’s only team to rock jerseys featuring the “Jumpman” logo.
With Jordan Brand having not even officially revealed their 2017 Holiday Air Jordan releases 2017, it may seem far too early to be taking a look at potential Air Jordan releases 2018. However, that does not been that there have not been any reports and rumors circulating about which Air Jordan sneakers will be arriving at retailers as a part of Jordan Brand’s 2017 Holiday lineup.
In particular, it has been reported that this year’s Black Friday 2017 release will be the Air Jordan 11 “Midnight Navy” and it is not the annual December Air Jordan 11 release. Rather, the annual release of the model that Jordan Brand drops every year right before Christmas will be the Air Jordan 11 “Gym Red.” Jordan Brand’s Air Jordan releases 2017 holiday will also reportedly include numerous other sneakers, including the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cat” and “Katrina,” Air Jordan 6 “UNC,” Air Jordan 13 “Altitude,” and the Air Jordan 12 “Cherry” and “Gym Red.”
Like every year, Jordan Brand will definitely have a lot of dope releases in store for sneakerheads, and some recent reports and rumors provide an idea of what to potentially expect. Names of the potential Air Jordan releases 2018 actually come from one particular Twitter user, @soleheatonfeet. These releases may not be set in stone, but sneakerheads can expect some or even all of them to hit the shelves between January and February 2018.
The Air Jordan releases 2018 for the first two months seem to include a lot of Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG and Retro colorways. Sneakerheads may have also already read about the return of the Air Jordan 3 OG “Black Cement” in 2018. There will also be two Air Jordan 9 Retro colorways, which have not been officially nicknamed yet. An Air Jordan 13 that will likely resemble this year’s “Black Cat” release will also make its retail debut next year.
Sneakerheads should keep in mind that all of the above Air Jordan releases 2018 are likely for the first two months, i.e. January and February. So, they can only imagine how many other sneakers Jordan Brand is going to drop during the remaining ten months. Therefore, keep checking back to SneakersDog.com to learn more and stay up to date about them.
