Jordan Brand’s 2018 Holiday Season Releases Include These Two Air Jordan 8 Colorways

This year, Jordan Brand gave sneakersheads like you the opportunity to celebrate Valentine’s Day with an all-Red colorway of the Air Jordan 8. More recently, the Air Jordan 8 “Turbo Green,” which was also being referred to as the “South Beach” colorway, made its retail debut on October 13th at a price of $190. In addition to its latter nickname, the colorway apparently drew inspiration from the San Antonio Riverwalk. Two more colorways of the model are set to join Jordan Brand’s Holiday Season lineup of Air Jordan releases 2018. One of them is a part of Jordan Brand’s “Tinker” release and the other is a Grade School-exclusive.

Jordan Brand’s ongoing “Tinker” series brings together some Tinker Hatfield’s most popular Air Jordan models and the original colorways of some of his most iconic Nike models. Hence, the Air Jordan 8 from the series sports a colorway inspired by the original Nike Air Raid “Urban Jungle Gym.” Although it is mostly covered in Black, the pattern on its midfoot is inspired by the tribal African print that appeared on the Air Raid and the “peace” symbol that was featured on the Air Raid’s cross straps has been replicated on its tongue. This Air Jordan 8 “Tinker” will make its retail debut on December 22nd, 2018 for $190.

The other upcoming Air Jordan 8 colorway, which you can see above, is more festive-themed since it has been designed for the children. Considering that it will likely be among the Air Jordan releases 2018 during the Holiday Season and due to the snowflake prints that appear across a majority of its uppers, this colorway has been aptly dubbed “Snowy Blizzard.” In addition to the snowflakes, it appears to be sporting a gradient color scheme with different shades of Blue as well as some White in between. Although a release date has not been revealed yet, this Air Jordan 8 GS “Snowy Blizzard” will arrive in the coming months.
