Considering that many of Jordan Brand’s Air Jordan releases 2017 have been suede sneakers, one thing that sneakerheads should keep in mind is that suede sneakers tend to get stained. Whether accidentally, or due to being worn frequently, it is an unavoidable fact that suede sneakers are prone to stains. Moreover, there are probably sneakerheads who have used cornstarch, dish soap, laundry stain remover and even WD-40 to get rid of a stain from their suede kicks. However, none of those should be used on suede. Therefore, sneakerheads planning to cop the upcoming Air Jordan 5 “Blue Suede” would definitely want to read the following paragraph.
Overall, suede is a pretty durable hide, but that also makes it all the more difficult to clean if it gets stained. So, those who already have or intend to have suede sneakers in their wardrobe should also invest in a suede eraser. A suede eraser literally is an eraser that is meant to be used for cleaning suede, removing stains and scuffs from the material. It is supposed to be used just like a pencil eraser. If a suede sneaker has a stain, the suede eraser will have to be runned onto the stain until it disappears. To avoid abrading the material, the eraser should be used gently.
The latest photos of the Air Jordan 5 “Blue Suede,” which are featured above, were shared on Instagram by @kinstor_kicks not too long ago. Some sneakerheads may have even forgotten that this sneaker would be joining this year’s upcoming Air Jordan releases 2017. As can be seen, it features suede uppers dressed up completely in a vibrant Royal Blue hue. This sneaker looks quite tonal because the same Royal Blue hue also covers its laces, lace eyelets, midsoles and netting. The few contrasting elements including the Black-colored detailing, such as the branding, inner lining and shark teeth on its midsoles, while it is equipped with icy, translucent outsoles too. This sneaker further stands out thanks to the 3M reflective material that covers its tongues.
While the release date for this particular sneaker has been confirmed, it means that sneakerheads will have to keep waiting a couple of months to be able to cop a pair. This Air Jordan 5 “Blue Suede” will not hit the shelves until September 20th, 2017, which is nearly four months later.
