Training shoes is just one of the many niches that Nike currently encompasses and frequently produces footwear that fits within this niche. Considering that 2016 is almost over, it only makes sense to have a brief overview of Nike’s best trainers. One of Nike’s best training shoes is undoubtedly the Zoom Hypercross TR since it excels in just about every physical activity imaginable. Its features breathable Flywire and mesh uppers with full-length hexagonal Zoom Air cushioning consisting seven individual units. However, it is not common for Jordan Brand to introduce training shoes, especially not converting an existing Air Jordan model into one, but apparently this is what they have done.
As for Nike, another one of their leading training silhouettes is the Fingertrap Max. The origins of the Fingertrap Max can be traced back to the Trainer 5.0. Its uppers are made up of intertwining bands for lockdown since they automatically relax and tighten with the movement of the wearer’s feet. Furthermore, its soles feature a combination of flex grooves and Max Air cushioning. Another Nike trainer worth mentioning is the Lunar TR 1, which has been designed to fit securely, while is equipped with responsive and soft cushioning. Other noteworthy Nike trainers include the Free Hyperfeel TR and the Zoom Fit Agility.
Sneakerheads are probably thinking that the sneaker featured here is a brand new colorway of the Air Jordan 12 Low, but that is actually not the case. The Air Jordan was already the highlight of 2016, considering that myriad of releases that Jordan Brand dropped, but now they have gone a step further and done something unexpected using the model. The shoe seen here is actually Jordan Brand’s new training silhouette dubbed the Jordan Trainer Prime. Jordan Brand has somewhat revamped the Air Jordan 12 into a trainer. Along with resembling the Air Jordan 12, its uppers include underlying Dynamic Flywire, while it is equipped with dual-density midsoles and outsoles that feature the Flight Flex groove pattern.
Thus, any sneakerhead in need of a new trainer or interesting in adding another one to their collection should consider grabbing Jordan Brand’s new offering. However, they will have to wait for now, at least until Jordan Brand announces when the Jordan Trainer Prime will be arriving at Nike.com. It might actually end up joining the Jordan releases 2017.
