After the XX3 ( Jordan 23 ), which was released two years earlier, the Air Jordan 2010 released is second pair of signature Air Jordan shoes to be released. According to Michael Jordan himself, the release of the Air Jordan 2010 also marked the 25th anniversary of Jordan Brand.
A breathable, extremely lightweight and unique material known as Aeroply was used for the upper of the air Jordan 2010. The pair also features a thermoplastic (TPU) window, which adds some transparency to it.
The upper also features breathable perforated leather, which helps in dispersing air and moisture. The Air Jordan 2010 will never distort because of heat, moisture, powerful movements and with time because of the TPU guards.
The “Loaded Zoom Air” sole of the Air Jordan is actually a lightweight phylon that gives the pair some structural integrity. The final finishing touch that the Air Jordan 2010 features is the cool-looking graphics seen on the midsoles, which seem to be etched.
Along with the original Black/Varsity Red-White colorway of the Air Jordan 2010 that was released in that year, Jordan Brand also released several other colorways, such as the most recent Black/University Blue “colorway.”
