Nike’s Woven pattern had been well received, incorporating the woven pattern using leather on the uppers of the shoes, at times running the length of the entire upper in some of its releases. The Woven that was intended for the summer season in 2009 was actually a hybrid model of some very popular shoes by Nike. The two colorways featured here represented the epitome of quality, comfort, and usability combined in a single shoe from Nike. After having experimented with woven patterns, Jordan Brand is now more inclined towards using suede and wool. Apparently, Jordan Brand has an Air Jordan 11 rendition in the works that will feature a suede construction.
This was not something new from Nike, as the sportswear giant was accustomed to releasing such pairs. The Air Woven looked like a sweet addition to Nike’s roster. It was hard to say if anybody with a taste for quality kicks and sneakers would not want to add these to their collection. The color-scheme offered white and black colors in the mix. This provided with a simple yet decent choice. Also, the leather incorporated on the upper used a woven structure, which added even more to the overall feel. These were a low cut model for added ventilation and comfort of the feet. The low cut model gave the feet more breathing space.
The shoes, as a hybrid design, made a respectable addition to the sportswear giant’s huge roster of footwear at large. The product was available in the white / orange colorway at NOS in Spring of 2009 as a part of the Spring/Summer 2009 Pack – that also included several other great looking releases for sneaker fans.
The Air Jordan 11 “Wool” has already been unveiled and as a part of Holiday Season 2016’s Jordan releases, it will retail for $400. @realwopshoes recently shared this photo on Instagram and it is obvious that this new Air Jordan 11 rendition sports uppers made up of Grey-colored suede. The sneaker also appears to be equipped with clean White midsoles and stained translucent outsoles. It even has leather laces and a Jumpman logo is embossed onto each ankle. Its retail price will also be $400 and it is also scheduled to hit the shelves during this year’s Holiday Season.
