Both training camps and the NFL 2015 Preseason has finally come to an end, and now most NFL fans are probably impatiently waiting for Thursday to arrive as soon as possible. The 2015 NFL Season will come to an official start this Thursday, on September 17th, with the very first game between the New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers. This particular post has got nothing to do with a Jordan release, but is about this brand new Air Jordan 7 PE Cleat that seems to have a special connection to the current NFL season of this year.
While the involvement of an AFC North team is certainly exhilarating, another news that has been creating hype both in the NFL and sneaker community revolves around another member of the AFC Northern Division. Recently, Joe Haden signed a deal with Jordan Brand and has become their newest athlete. Jordan Brand wasted no time in time showing their appreciation for the two-time Pro-Bowler and getting him to represent the brand on the gridiron with a never-before-seen Air Jordan 7 PE Cleat colorway. The Air Jordan 7 Cleat silhouette has been worn by a wide range of NFL athletes throughout the preseason, most notably Dez Bryant and Michael Crabtree.
During the 2015 NFL Season, sneakerheads can expect to get on-foot glances at some very unique kicks on the gridiron. In particular, Joe Haden’s Air Jordan 7 PE Cleat is dressed up in a black and orange color scheme inspired by the Cleveland Browns. The pattern on the tongue incorporates black, orange and silver hues. This cleat also contains a special insole sporting “JH23” as a nod to Joe Haden. The finishing touch has been added with a white midsole and black outsole. Obviously this is no ordinary sneaker and expecting a Jordan release 2015 of a Player Exclusive pair like this one is pointless. Nonetheless, many NFL fans are probably glad that Joe Haden is now a Jordan Brand athlete and likely find his Air Jordan 7 PE Cleat quite dope.
