Back in 1985, Michael Jordan was a part of all 82 games that the Chicago Bulls and was among the team lead scorers. His stats that year included 5.9 assists and 6.5 rebounds per game, while he was only second in terms of blocked shots. Back in college, where the Michael Jordan played as a member of the North Carolina Tar Heels, he had been named Player of the Year twice. Back in the 1984 Summer Olympics, he led the United States men’s Olympic basketball team to win a gold medal while he was still college. During his first NBA season, everything that Michael Jordan did, he did “spectacularly.”

Its color scheme is inspired by the brown suede-like button-up shirt that Michael Jordan was wearing during his acceptance speech on April 30th, 1985. Also being referred to as “Golden Harvest,” its uppers have a plain White leather base with Wheat-colored nubuck overlays, while Black appears over the ankle collars, laces, Nike “Swoosh” logos, rubber outsoles, and tongue tabs. This “Rookie Of The Year” iteration will joining the Air Jordan releases 2018 this October and will retail at a price of $160.
