The “Deconstructed” Iteration Takes The Air Jordan 1 High Down To The Basics

The legendary signature sneaker line named after Michael Jordan had gotten its start with the introduction of the Air Jordan 1, which played a focal role in sneaker culture and history. Despite the fact that it had been designed twenty-nine years ago, the Air Jordan 1 is still around and it will likely continue arriving among the latest Jordan release dates. While Jordan Brand has already dropped its very first signature silhouette in countless iterations and renditions, they keep managing to add a new twist to it. For instance, this brand new, completely deconstructed Air Jordan 1 High variation that is set to hit the shelves soon.

Air-Jordan-1-High-Deconstructed-2-1When it comes to the best colorways of the Air Jordan 1, the classic “Black/Red” one has always been the most coveted since it is widely recognized for getting banned by the NBA when Michael Jordan first wore it. The Air Jordan 1 “Black/Royal” is also among the top Air Jordan 1 colorways, perhaps simply because it mimics the “Bred” one. Perhaps one of the Air Jordan 1’s best non-OG colorways is one that not many sneakerheads were able to cop, namely the “All-Black” that exclusively hit the shelves in Japan.

However, a version of the Air Jordan 1 like the “Deconstructed” one that is featured here has never been seen before. It is the middle of August and a very unique Air Jordan 1 iteration will be among this upcoming weekend’s Air Jordan releases. Reportedly, the Air Jordan 1 will also be receiving some kind of an “Ultra” treatment this year, consisting of lighter materials and featuring inner booties. However, this “Deconstructed” rendition takes the Air Jordan 1 High down to the very basics, sporting one-piece Ivory-colored uppers with stitched detailing granting the models its signature aesthetics, while it is also equipped with all-White soles.

Whatever the case, sneakerheads will not have to wait too long to get their hands on a pair because the Air Jordan 1 High “Deconstructed” is making its way to retailers on August 13th and its retail price will be $123.
