This Unreleased Air Jordan 12 “Obsidian” Nubuck Sample Is Currently Available On eBay

Not too long ago, it was revealed that Jordan Brand and PSNY were collaborating once again, and their latest collaboration resulted in the creation of three new premium colorways of the Air Jordan 12. These turned out to be Air Jordan 12 iterations with completely tonal nubuck uppers and matching soles, dubbed “Bordeaux,” “Olive” and “Wheat” All three of them hit the shelves this Summer on June 28th, 2017, but not at the same place. The “Bordeaux” was a Milan-exclusive, the “Olive” was a Paris-exclusive and the “Wheat” was a NYC-exclusive on Nike SNKRS. However, the Air Jordan 12 featured above is not an actual release. The Air Jordan 15 “Obsidian” Will Be Available Again After Nearly 17 Years

Obsidian is essentially a dense volcanic glass and its composition tends to be same as that of rhyolite. Typically, it happens to be black in color, which is where the Obsidian hue comes from. Obsidian gets its colors as a result of oxidization. More specifically, obsidian contains finely dispersed, tiny minerals that have chemicals within them, which tend to be in an oxidation state and it is responsible for the obsidian hue it has. Predominantly, magnetite is responsible for the Black hue of obsidian. As sneakerheads probably know, the original Air Jordan 15 colorway featured here sports Obsidian too, but the hue does not seem to be black. This Air Jordan 4 Premium “Obsidian” Is Jordan Brand’s Latest Upcoming Pinnacle Release

It was at the very beginning of this year in January when the most detailed photos of the Air Jordan 4 Pinnacle “Black” had been posted on mysole.net. It was the very first Pinnacle iteration of the Air Jordan 4 and the luxurious construction of the sneaker had made it obvious that Jordan Brand had paid a particularly greater amount of attention to it than they have focused upon its traditional counterpart in the past. The all-Back, croc-tumbled leather uppers topped with faux Black-colored pony hair further accentuated its lifestyle aesthetics.
