Emsley A. Laney High School provides the inspiration for one of next year’s most anticipated Air Jordan releases 2019. In case you are wondering, it is the high school where Michael Jordan studied and was the star of its junior varsity basketball team. It was around that time that he rose to prominence, despite almost not making the cut for the team back during the 1978-79 season. This is not the first time that Michael Jordan’s alma mater is serving as inspiration for an Air Jordan colorway. This is actually not even the first time that the colors of Laney High School are appearing on the Air Jordan 5.
Even though the fall season has officially begun, there are still a couple of low-top models that Jordan Brand intends to drop prior to a dramatic decline in the temperature.
