It may seem hard to believe that it has been over 15 years since the Air Jordan 18 last arrived at retailers, but that is actually true. The Air Jordan 18 originally made its debut back in 2003, designed by Tate Kuerbis, and the first time it was retroed was back in 2008, so perhaps fifteen years is a bit of a stretch. However, it is still a fact that Jordan Brand has neither brought back any original colorways nor dropped brand new ones of the Air Jordan 18 in a very long time. Chris Paul seems to have his eyes set on the future. As sneakerheads likely recall, Chris Paul was a member of the Los Angeles Clippers roster up until recently, having spent the past six seasons with them, but that is no longer the case. This month, Chris Paul got traded to the Houston Rockets and he recent spoke in his press conference ever since. He spoke about why he chose the Rockets and what he intends to accomplish from here on. This Bulls-Themed Air Jordan Arrives Following Jimmy Butler Being Traded To The Timberwolves

Jimmy Butler getting traded by the Chicago Bulls to the Minnesota Timberwolves is being as the opposite of when the Timberwolves traded Kevin Garnett. It was back in 2007 when the Minnesota Timberwolves traded Kevin Garnett to the Boston Celtics and the team consequently made quite a comeback. The general opinion is that gaining Jimmy Butler will have a similar result and he will become the leader that the Timberwolves need. After all, he is an All-Star and quite a tough defender. Jordan Brand Is Dropping The Very First All-Red Air Jordan 31 Low Colorway

Following its retail debut back in February 2014, the Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red October” became one of the most coveted and sought out sneakers of this time. This was partly because of its association with Kanye West, who switched over to adidas soon after. The other reason was that it was an all-red sneaker that hit the shelves during a time when most of the sneakers arriving at retailers were dressed up in varying combinations of Black, Gray and White. One particular model from Jordan Brand that has not yet arrived in an all-red colorway is the Air Jordan 31 Low and that is apparently about to change. This Air Jordan 11 “Gym Red” Will Be Among The Holiday 2017 Releases

The hype for all-red sneakers has always been grand and over the years, Jordan Brand has been contributing to. Back in 2014, it was being widely rumored and speculated that Jordan Brand had whipped up an Air Jordan 11 “Red” colorway as a Player Exclusive for Carmelo Anthony. The final photos of the sneaker had popped up online in May that year and since then, there has been absolutely no news regarding whether that sneaker will ever hit the shelves. Fortunately though, it seems that Jordan Brand has whipped up another similar Air Jordan 11 “Gym Red” colorway that is actually going to arrive at retailers later in 2017. Jordan Brand Commemorates The 2016 Summer Olympics With Two Air Jordan 1 Releases

The Summer Olympics is supposed to be a prestigious event, but as a result of numerous natural and unnatural factors, it seems that this year’s Summer Games may turn out to be disastrous. Less than 50 days prior to the beginning of the Summer Games, a sate of public catastrophe was declared in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The governor claims that the city will not be able to adhere to its commitments to the Olympic and Paralympic Games as a result of a financial crisis. Of course, this is not going to stop footwear brands like Jordan Brand from releasing sneakers to celebrate the Olympics.
