The Jordan release dates 2014 of the “Black/White” and the “Iguana” colorways of Jordan Future had been postponed by Jordan Brand to June 21st. Originally, 23 is Back had learned that both pairs were making their retail debut on June 14th, i.e. tomorrow, along with Jordan Retro 1 HI OG “Father’s Day,” Jordan Retro 11 “Black/Infrared,” and Jordan 6 “Champagne” and “Cigar” pairs. Fortunately, the wait is nearly over.
Both of these upcoming Jordan Future colorways feature a deconstructed woven upper that is entirely finished in black for the “Black/White” pair and in an olive green “iguana” hue for the “Iguana” pair. The color on the upper of both pairs also extends to the laces and the translucent outsole of the shoes as well. This theme has been broken up and the clean and futuristic look of both pairs is completed with a contrast white midsole.
The tongues of both pairs also feature the unusual Jordan Jumpman in gold. Although the tongues are the only place where the Jumpan will be visible when these pairs will be worn, they are not the only place where the Jumpman is present. Anyone who takes a look at the bottom of these kicks will notice a larger Jumpman silhouette behind the translucent outsole.
23isBack believes that both pairs will live up to their “Future” name. It is obvious that these colorways are quite straightforward, and sneaker enthusiasts have been hoping that Jordan Brand releases more colorways like these. Moreover, both these pairs come with the brand new style code that Jordan Brand has introduced in the form of premiere lifestyle sneakers. As per the Jordan release dates 2014, these “Black/White” and “Iguana” colorways of Jordan Futures will be available on retail shops, such as Social Status, on June 21st with a price tag of $150. Jordan Brand had already revealed this higher price of Future pairs a while back.
