The Air Jordan 7 Low NRG Will Debut In The OG “Bordeaux” Colorway

The Air Jordan 7 OG “Bordeaux” originally made its retail debut back in February 1992 at a price of $125. At a glance, it would understandably seem like a bland iteration due to its Black and Light Graphite color scheme. However, its tongues were actually quite colorful. A V-shaped emblem was added onto its heels and featured Michael Jordan’s “23.” The same multicolored detailing that appeared on its tongues could also be spotted on its outsoles as well. Tinker Hatfield apparently drew inspiration from an African Art poster for this colorway. This iteration is returning to join this year’s Air Jordan releases 2018, but in low-top form. The Air Jordan 12 “Bordeaux” Will Be Joining October’s Air Jordan Releases 2017

It would not be wrong to state that the latest, upcoming Air Jordan 12 colorway is inspired by city of Bordeaux, considering that it has been nicknamed the same. As a part of Fall’s Air Jordan releases 2017, this will be the first time that the Air Jordan 12 will arrive in a “Bordeaux” colorway. There are many reasons why Bordeaux is one of France’s finest cities. The riverside port also happens to be the fifth largest city in France. Of course, this is not the first time that Jordan Brand will drop a Bordeaux-themed colorway, so the Air Jordan 12 iteration featured here bears resemblance to them. These Two Air Jordan 12 Releases Will Arrive In October & November 2017

The Air Jordan 12 has somewhat wound up becoming one of Jordan Brand’s more special models. Recent Air Jordan releases 2017 have not included any brand new colorways of the model that were general releases. The most recent general release of the model was actually a restock that happened back on May 3rd, 2017. After being re-released on April 2nd, 2016, the Air Jordan 12 “French Blue” got restocked and retailed at a price of $190 earlier this year, back in May. Considering that four months remain until 2017 concludes, it is not surprising that Jordan Brand plans to drop two Air Jordan 12 colorways the year ends.
