As per Jordan Brand’s annual tradition, the Air Jordan Retro 11 is slated to make its comeback this year and will be one of the Holiday Jordan release 2015. By now sneakerheads are likely aware of which iteration of Jordan Brand’s eleventh signature model is going to be arriving at retailers this December. For this year’s Holiday Season, Jordan Brand decided to pay homage to a still-unbroken record set by the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan with a colorway that they have dubbed “72-10.” Continue reading The AJ11 “72-10” Is One Of The Most Anticipated Holiday Jordan Releases 2015
It is apparently still not too late to be copping all-white sneakers, or at least that is what Jordan Brand thinks. Sure enough, Labor Day has long passed and by now, many sneakerheads are now looking forward to upgrading the footwear in their wardrobe. This cool grey and white color scheme of the Air Jordan 1 Mid fits into this category quite well, despite its simplicity, and instead of waiting for upcoming Jordan releases 2015, sneakerheads can go cop it right away. On Valentine’s Day this year, Jordan Brand brought back the “Bred” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Low, which actually suited the occasion. It was back in 2013 when the O.G. color scheme had first been retroed and after 30 years, it made a comeback this year as somewhat of a remastered retro. However, it now seems there are a couple more Air Jordan Low releases that Jordan Brand is planning to make on one of the upcoming 2015 Jordan releases. Not one but two new colorways of the low-top Air Jordan 1 are soon going to hit the shelves.
Considering that it is currently the summer season and the weather will continue to be warm in the coming months, so it makes perfect sense for more Air Jordan 1 Low releases to arrive at retailers. Jordan Brand will be releasing these two particular upcoming low-top renditions later this year. Even though the Air Jordan 1 High is more of a fan favorite, it does not mean that the low-cut form of the sneaker is not in high demand, especially since these are OG colorways.
Both these “Royal Blue” and “Shadow” colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Low appear to be quite similar, considering that their leather uppers are predominantly covered in black. The ankle, heel, Nike Swoosh, outsole and toebox of both these sneakers are dressed up in their respective official hues, i.e. Royal Blue in the case of the “Royal Blue” iteration and grey in the case of the “Shadow” iteration. Both sneakers also include black-colored laces and a crisp white midsole as well.
As appealing as both these sneakers look, it cannot be ignored that the Air Jordan 1 Low “Bred” that Jordan Brand dropped earlier this year sat on the shelves for a while. Moreover, Jordan Brand’s timing to release the Air Jordan 1 Low “Royal Blue” and “Shadow” seems a bit off because these sneakers are hitting the shelves on one of the December 2015 Jordan release dates, specifically October 7th.

While the Holiday Jordan releases 2015 had been announced only recently, Jordan Brand had already unveiled their Holiday 2015 releases far earlier than unexpected. Back near the end of February, a rather old photo of Michael Jordan was circulating on the Internet and the sweater MJ is wearing resembled the patterned overlays of an Air Jordan 7 colorway spotted among the Holiday 2015 releases. That this is how this iteration of the Air Jordan 7 was dubbed “Sweater” and these new photos provided a clearer glimpse at what this sneaker looks like.
