Brand New Air Jordan 32 & Air Jordan 32 Low Colorways Are Arriving

Sneakerheads got their first proper look at the Air Jordan 32 last year on August 25th, 2017. The debut colorway of Jordan Brand’s thirty-second signature model was dubbed “MJ Day.” Much like the Air Jordan 31 drew inspiration from the Air Jordan 1, the Air Jordan 32 also borrowed elements from the Air Jordan 2. The Air Jordan 32 debuted on October 18th, 2017. It was not a coincidence that the Air Jordan 32 Low also made its retail debut on the same day in a “Banned” colorway. The Air Jordan 3 Features Engineered Flyknit Uppers & Is Nicknamed “Black Cat”

Flyknit is Nike’s revolutionary, patent engineering technology that involves the use of pliable fibers and yarns for the construction of formfitting and seamless sneaker uppers. It involves the strategic placement of the fibers and yarns a single layer, while still ensuring that the sneaker’s uppers are breathable, flexible and supportive. Nike has been dropping Flyknit sneakers ever since the debut of this breakthrough technology. Last year, even Jordan Brand borrowed the technology, whipping up several Air Jordan 1 Flyknit releases, including the “Banned” and “BHM” colorways. One such iteration even joined the recent Air Jordan releases 2018 and now the Air Jordan 3 is receiving the Flyknit treatment too. The Air Jordan 13 “Black Cat” Is Inspired By Michael Jordan’s Famous Nickname

Throughout his life and career as a basketball athlete, Michael Jordan has had a variety of different nicknames. Back when he was growing up, he was nicknamed “Magic Jordan” after Earvin “Magic” Johnson Jr. of the Los Angeles Lakers. Back in 1992, he was interviewed by Playboy and he revealed that he greatly idolized “Magic”Johnson during his childhood. Even MJ’s 1976 Grand Prix at the time had a license plate that read “Magic Jordan.” Of course, this is not his most popular nickname. The Air Jordan 6 “Black Cat” Will Be Jordan Brand’s Final 2016 Release

More than just the Times Square Ball in New York City will be dropped on New Year’s Eve. Some very interesting and strange items will be dropped throughout the United States to celebrate and countdown the end of 2016. For instance, Hard Rock Cafe Memphis on Beale Street will be hosting their New year’s Eve Guitar Drop for the 9th time this year, which involves dropping a 10-foot D’Angelico guitar from hundred feet. Of course, Jordan Brand will also be doing some dropping of their own. They are going to drop the Air Jordan 6 “Black Cat” on New Year’s Eve, so it will be 2016’s final Jordan release. The Jordan Son Of Mars Returns In 2017 In This “Black Cat” Colorway

It seems that Jordan Brand is currently occupied filling up its 2017 calendar with upcoming Air Jordan releases 2017 that will arrive at retailers next year. Apparently, one of them is the Jordan Son of Mars. Many sneakerheads probably recall the hybrid model as somewhat of a cousin of the Jordan Spiz’ike since the Son of Mars was inspired by it. For those wondering, the silhouette also drew inspiration from Mars Blackmon, a character played by Spike Lee who often appeared in Air Jordan advertisement spots. While there are already a few Air Jordan “Black Cat” colorways on their way, this latest Son of Mars iteration is dubbed “Black Cat” too.
