There is a long list of Air Jordan models that have received the “Quai 54” treatment and as April neared its end, it become obvious that the Air Jordan 13 Low would be joining that list this year. “Quai 54” colorways of Air Jordan silhouettes have always been highly coveted kicks that collectors fight tooth and nail to grab before they fly off the shelves. Apparently, they will have their hands full in the coming months because one of the upcoming Jordan release dates will be marking the retail debut of not one but two Air Jordan 13 Low “Quai 54” pairs.
It was just a month ago when photos of a nearly all-White Air Jordan 13 “Quai 54” pair, with distinctive graphic prints adoring its midsole and upper collar. This definitely built a lot of hype amongst hardcore Jordanheads who have likely been hoping to get their hands on the sneaker, but it seems that they will also be able to grab another variation of the colorway as well. Photos of an all-Black “Quai 54” iteration of the Air Jordan 13 Low have surfaced and there is a possibility that both versions will hit the shelves simultaneously.
This new “Quai 54” rendition of the Air Jordan 13 Low probably reminds Jordanheads of the “Playoffs” colorway of the Air Jordan 13. However, just like the “Quai 54” editions from the past, the upper of this sneaker is also made up of tonal Black mesh. Just like the White version, the midsole and upper collar of this pair also sport the same distinctive graphic print, while the outsole is covered in Red.
The fact that there two separate Air Jordan 13 “Quai 54” iterations could mean that they are “Home” and “Away” colorways. Considering the Quai 54 streetball tournament will span between June 13th and June 14th, so these two sneakers could hit the shelves on one of the nearest Jordan release dates 2015, whether simultaneously or separately is not certain yet.
