The Air Jordan 19 Might Return To Join The Air Jordan Releases 2019

Most sneakerheads will agree that the Air Jordan 1 to the Air Jordan 14 happen to be their favorites. Some other favorites include the Air Jordan 16, 23, 29, and perhaps even the more recent ones, i.e. the Air Jordan 30, 31 and 32. The Air Jordan 19 happens to be one of the more stylish and sleeker designs from Jordan Brand, yet it tends to get overlooked for some odd reason. Additionally, Jordan Brand introduced new technology with the Air Jordan 19, it cushioning was quite comfortable and it featured patent leather. Nonetheless, the Air Jordan 19 may end up being among next year’s Air Jordan releases 2019.

It was back in 2004 when the Air Jordan 19 originally made its retail debut at a price of $165. Tate Kuerbris, Jordan Brand’s Senior Designer at the time, played a major role in designing the Air Jordan 19, drawing inspiration from the black mamba snake. Originally, Jordan Brand released three different versions of the Air Jordan 19, namely the standard one, a low-top version and an “SE” variation that did not equipped with the shroud. Some of the Air Jordan 19’s technological upgrades included full-length Zoom Air bags, Phylon midsoles with an Air unit in each heel, and the Tech Flex shrouds.

The last time the Air Jordan 19 hit the shelves, it was a part of the Countdown Pack back in 2008, which also included the Air Jordan 4Bred.” It seems that not only is the Air Jordan 19 making a comeback next year, it might be returning in a brand new, retro colorway. SHOF (@soleheatonfeet) has revealed that this colorway will feature a combination of Black, Elemental Gold and Sail. Of course, the photo accompanying this post is not of the actual iteration since none have popped up yet. Nonetheless, it will reportedly be among April’s Air Jordan releases 2019, so keep checking back for more updates.
