The Air Jordan 11 Low “Iridescent (Easter)” has finally made its retail debut just in time on March 31st, a day before the holiday. It is available in adult, GS, PS and TD sizes, and many of the sneakerheads who are copping it probably intend to lace up in their pair on Easter Sunday. Considering that this “Iridescent (Easter)” has just hit the shelves, it would seem like Jordan Brand would take a break before dropping another colorway of the Air Jordan 11 Low. However, it turn’s out that next month’s Air Jordan releases 2018 will include another brand new colorway and this one will be a GS exclusive.
There is no doubt that the Air Jordan 11 is one of Jordan Brand’s most popular signature sneaker models. Coincidentally, its Low rendition has been as popular as the mid-top original. During the 1996 NBA Finals, Michael Jordan was laced up in Air Jordan 11 Low “Bred” and for the Chicago Bulls Championship Rally that year; he switched to the Air Jordan 11 Low “Concord.” According to Derek Anderson, he convinced Michael Jordan to cut the Air Jordan 11 off because he was “used to playing in low cuts.” During a 2012 Kentucky Wildcats Alumni Game, Derek even rocked a special Air Jordan 11 Low “Concord” PE.
Unlike the Jordan 11 Low “Iridescent (Easter),” this brand new colorway featured here will only be available in GS sizes. This colorway has been dubbed “Bleached Coral.” It features tonal uppers, including its signature glossy patent leather overlays, all of which are dressed up completely in a sleek Black hue. The nickname of this colorway refers to the Bleached Coral hue that appears over its branding and translucent outsoles, while it is equipped with all-White midsoles as well. As mentioned, this colorway will be among next month’s Air Jordan releases 2018. So, sneakerheads will have to wait until April 7th to cop a pair at a price of $130.
