The Air Jordan 10 “Dark Shadow” Is Making Its Comeback In April 2018

Back in 1995, when Michael Jordan decided to the NBA, he eventually ended up typing his own two-word press release, which simply stated “I’m back.” This year, Jordan Brand decided to pay homage to M.J.’s brief yet historic comeback statement by whipping up a brand new Air Jordan 10 colorway, which was fittingly dubbed “I’m Back.” The sneaker is dressed up in a simple combination of Black and White, with “I’m Back” and “1985” embroidered on the left and right heel tabs, respectively. Currently retailing at a price of $190, the sneaker has just joined the latest Air Jordan releases 2018 on March 18th.

February 2018 marked the release of two different colorways of the Air Jordan 10. One of them was the Air Jordan 10 GS “Fuchsia Blast.” The other was the Steve Wiebe x Air Jordan 10, which was actually a re-release. The sneaker made its retail debut as a House of Hoops-exclusive back in December 2017 at their Harlem location. Steve Wiebe, who is a Canadian tattoo artist, drew inspiration fro the Chicago Bulls, so the sneaker’s smooth and wrinkled, textured leather uppers were dressed up in a combination of Black and Red. Adding a personal touch, he also tattooed custom artwork onto both the insoles.

Hopefully, sneakerheads have not forgotten about the Air Jordan 10 “Dark Shadow.” This colorway originally debuted back in 1994, but this latest rendition that is set to join upcoming Air Jordan releases 2018 is not exactly the same. Its uppers are made up of nubuck, which is dressed up in a darker shade of Grey. In addition, it features tumbled leather overlays that are dressed up in Black. A checkerboard print can be spotted over the inner lining, while it is equipped with all-Black midsoles and outsoles as well. Adding a finishing touch, some Red also makes an appearance, namely over the branding like the “Jumpman” logo.

The above photos of the Air Jordan 10 “Dark Shadow” were shared on Instagram by Sneaker Info. (@pinoe77). The sneaker should already be available at select retailers, but it is scheduled to make its online comeback on April 2nd, 2018 and will be up for grabs at a price of $190.
