Based on Jordan release 2015 and 2014 news that has been circulating, there are currently two “Legend Blue” colorways of the Air Jordan XX9 that are scheduled to make their retail debut on December 1. One of them is going to hit the shelves solo, which is the PE version worn by Russell Westbrook, and the other is a part of the Ultimate Gift of Flight Pack, so 23 is Back readers could certainly cop on of them. However, apparently Jordan Brand was not done yet, in terms of giving the Air Jordan XX9 the “Legend Blue” makeover.
Just a couple of days ago, Jordan Brand announced and confirmed an official release date for the Russell Westbrook “Legend Blue” PE iteration of the Air Jordan XX9. However, the Air Jordan XX9 “Legend Blue” sneaker seen here is an entirely different pair, and it is scheduled to hit the shelves in due time.
With this latest new jordans, 23isBack readers and other Jordan heads get yet another variation of the “Legend Blue” color scheme. As can be seen, the coveted blue look is featured on the sneaker’s performance knitted upper with an obsidian lining and white sections all over it. However, the approach that was taken by Russell’s PE was a bit cleaner and the entire silhouette was in white with only the huge Jumpman logo in Legend Blue. However, this pair boasts a dominant presence of the “Cement” pattern, similar to that when this signature model for first introduced.
Apparently, the Holiday Season is going to be rather grand for 23 is Back readers and Jordan heads everywhere else. Even the Air Jordan 11 “Columbia” is amongst the several Jordan Brand sneakers that are making their retail debuts right before Christmas.
