Not so long ago, the Nike KD 7 was unveiled, and apparently it is not the only sneaker that Nike has in store for Jordan heads, including 23is Back readers, who are looking forward to cop a pair during Black History Month in 2015. In the past few years, Jordan Brand has made a tradition of dropping some very outstanding Air Jordan 1 sneakers in honor of Black History Month that is observed throughout the month of February. This obvious means that one of the February Jordan release dates 2015 will mark the retail debut of yet another Air Jordan 1 pair.
2015 will be third-consecutive year that the Black History Month sneaker collection from Nike and Jordan Brand will contain an Air Jordan 1 sneaker. Based on recently leaked images, the black and white colorway of Air Jordan 1 is the same as that of the Nike KD 7. It is quite fitting that a simple color scheme is featured by these kicks, considering the annual observance they are commemorating, but they still look quite luxurious and stylish.
The upper of this Air Jordan 1 pair is covered in quite an intricate fabric that boasts the remarkable signature Black History Month graphic lasered into it, in particular on the inner lining, toe box and the tongue. The tongue also features “BHM” lettering as well. To complete the look, the upper rests upon a pure white midsole and a black outsole that contrast really well with the rest of the color scheme.
This colorway of the Air Jordan 1 should definitely not be mistaken for a simple one simply because it is in black and white. The lasered graphics make it quite an exceptional pair that immediately stands out and probably makes 23isBack readers want to get their hands on it right away. However, although one of the mid-January or February Jordan release dates 2015 are likely to be announced for this Air Jordan 1 “BHM 2015,” no official release date has been confirmed yet.
